Missions 4 Jesus Prison Ministry

		Out of site, out of mind!  Inmates are often shut away and forgotten or neglected by family, friends and even church members.  Many suffer from depression and desperately need a friend.  What they don't always realize is that the greatest friend they could ever have is right there with them all the time.  If you would like to help minister to these men, we can surely use your help.  There is no experience neccessary.  You only need a Bible and a desire to see others come to know Jesus as a friend and Saviour. Missions 4 Jesus is a small, but growing ministry that visits the following local Correctional facilities.

Brown Creek Correctional Facility

Church Service held every other first Sunday 6:30-8:30pm
Two services, average attendance - 60 per service
We serve communion every time we are allowed
We purchase and serve watermelon to inmates in August
Christmas Dinner - The first week in December and the entire camp is invited
Brown Creek is a medium security facility located in Polkton, NC

Lanesboro Correctional Facility

Church Service every third Sunday 7:00-8:30pm
Average attendance - 70
Lanesboro is a maximum security facility located in Polkton, NC

 
Please Note- A background check and Orientation Class are required to be permitted into these all male facilities. Anyone interested in Preaching the Word, singing, or simply attending the services and praying with these men, please contact Missions 4 Jesus. 

Any monetary contributions will be greatly appreciated and used for the Christmas Dinner and to purchase watermelons.

Our greatest need is prayer. Please pray that the Lord uses us to help the inmates that are lost come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and straighten out their lives.
